The e-bike tour was a fantastic way for our family of four to see the highlights of Rome and the perfect activity for our first night in the city. The route was very well planned and managed to avoid much of Rome’s crazy traffic while still taking us to many of the must-see sights. Our guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the experience both fun and informative. It was a great introduction to Rome and helped us get our bearings while seeing so much in a short amount of time. Highly recommend this tour, especially if it’s your first time in Rome!

My daughter and I had a wonderful bike ride. Our guide was lovely and provided good history lessons for all the different stops. An added highlight was meeting other folks on the ride and also stopping for gelato and pizza. I would highly recommend this ride as a way to break up seeing tourist sites and see Rome at a different pace. The bikes were high-quality and easy to ride.

I always loved Rome at night and e-bike tour turned out to be beautiful and unique way to explore this marvellous city at any age and ability. Our guide, Bruno, was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining as well as taking care of everybody’s safety and comfort! Cheese and salami tasting was delicious and offered another way to explore into local traditions through renowned Italian food culture!

The trip was incredibly well organized, with perfectly chosen spots that made the whole experience unforgettable. The evening Rome e-bike experience was one of the best things we did in Italy. Adrienne was so confident keeping us all safe while we roads around the city. The best thing my wife and I did in Rome, Italy. It gave the city a beautiful and unique nighttime view away from the hustle and bustle of the day. We are both in our 60's and this was very easy to use the E bikes was a lot of fun. This was recommended by a friend of a friend who said it was the best thing their family of 4 did in Rome, Italy. We agreed completely. The female guide was wonderful and explained the sights as we stopped to view all the major sights. We enjoyed the break around 10 pm with a charcuterie board and wine. It started at 7 pm and ended at 11 pm and we enjoyed the tour immensely. At 11 pm it was very easy to get a Taxi back to our hotel.

We booked the Electric bike tour by night with food and drink. It was by far the best tour we did during our five day visit. We wish that we had booked the sunrise tour but due to other bookings we were unable to fit it in.
The tour took us around a massive area of Rome and we covered so many different amazing sites, I don’t want to spoil it as you will have to see it for yourself. I will say Rome is quite different at night with the beautiful lights, it’s a must see!
Our tour was in February, my biggest tip would be to take warm clothing including a snood and gloves to keep your head and hands warm. I was quite cold at times, but it did not detract from the beautiful surroundings.
The food and drink was ample and our tour guide Elias was both informative and funny, he kept the tour both interesting and very entertaining.
Do not be put off by the address, it is behind shutters, which are opened at the relevant times.
I would thoroughly recommend this tour, if we go back to Rome I will definitely be doing it again without a doubt!

Such a great way to allow the city to reveal itself to you, with an amazing guide who is there to share his passion for the city and keep you safe so you can venture further than you would normally allow yourself. We had the best experience on a perfect night. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Bike riding through Rome and seeing the sights by lights was amazing and definitely much cooler than during the day. The wine, antipasto and company during the stop was also fantastic. I would highly recommend doing this on your first night or two before you hit all the sights but if you did as we did and could only book on our last night it was still amazing to see everything from an evening perspective. You will feel a bit like a local as you glide by the colosseum at night.

ES Bike night e-bike tour of Rome is the perfect tour for your first evening in this amazing city. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and it represents fantastic value for money. We saw all the beautiful sights of Rome and more ... plus our guide provided informative history and gave us plenty of time to take photos. The sights look stunning when lit up at night. The antipasto platter and wine was lovely at the half-way point. For any one who is reticent, this is an easy ride as the e-bikes do all the work, and it is safe too, as the guide took us mostly through all the back streets/lanes. You see way more than you would ever expect. Absolutely, highly recommend this tour, particuarly on your first night, as it sets the scene for your whole stay in Rome.

Pedaling through Rome at dusk, the singing at the Vatican, Jewish Quarter, the twinkling lights along the Tiber River, Palatine Hill, charcuterie and wine, Trevi Fountain, and the full moon over the Colosseum, I loved every part of the tour and highly recommend! Biking added a thrilling element but the e-bikes made it so easy!

Since our group returned unscathed I can look back on it and truly say it was an amazing tour! Seeing the sights of Rome at night was a game changer. We did it on our first night in Rome which I highly recommend! Our stop for wine and charcuterie was fantastic. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and highly entertaining. Roma de noche es bellísima y en ebike se disfruta doblemente. Recorrimos todos los puntos emblemáticos siempre acompañadas por nuestro guía en español. What a great experience! We did a few tours in Rome, and this was our favorite! Riding through little streets at night, and seeing all the sights without crowds of people was an excellent experience. And riding those ebikes are very easy and fun! We covered LOTS of sights, and stop for wine tasting was great to get some rest before continuing the tour. Definitely recommended!

The e-bikes were great for being able to cover a wide area in a short time so that we could maximize the number of sites to see. And, touring at night gave a special ambiance to the locations. Our guide, Duarte, was knowledgeable, fun, and friendly.
I can't decide which was better -- riding through the back alleys of Rome, or seeing all the points of interest lit up at night.
If I hadn't had tours booked for the remainder of my stay, I'd have been tempted to do the tour again, but perhaps not in the rain the second time.

This has got to be the best and most fun way to see the sights in Rome. Being a night tour, everything is beautifully lit, little traffic and few tourists. Our guide, Duarte, knew all the "back alley" shortcuts and those bikes were so powerful we flew up the hills and through the streets (that was the fun part!). We always felt safe, and learned so much since the group was small and we could chat with Duarte. The wine and cheese stop was fun and made a nice addition to this tour. This was super easy to book online, plan to book weeks before since it fills up, and I recommend you get to the bike shop a little bit early to try out your bike. Try to do this on your first night in Rome to get an idea of what you want to see during the day. You may change you mind about some of the museums. Bring a poncho because if it drizzles, the tour continues. If it gets too wet, the tour will stop for safety reasons. Worth every penny!

This was an amazing experience. First of all, the time of day was perfect because there were no crowds. Secondly, although Rome is beautiful during the day, it is even more spectacular at night. Most importantly, our guide, Iliyas, was hilarious. He made an already enjoyable bike ride into something unforgettable. I highly recommend this tour for getting a good overview of the historical sites without all the crowds.

Todo lo que puedo decir es bueno. Fue inolvidable ese paseo nocturno por Roma, guiados por Duarte. La belleza de la ciudad se puede apreciar con una intimidad especial durante la noche. Se pueden conocer tantos lugares increíbles en un tiempo tan reducido que también sirve como gran pantallazo general de una ciudad que luego se puede ir redescubriendo de día con más tiempo. La comida y bebida fue riquísima. Duarte es un guía espléndido, muy atento, muy informado y muy simpático. Tanto nos gustó todo que hicimos un segundo paseo, ese diurno, por los rincones secretos de Roma.

This may have been my favorite activity we did in Rome on our most recent trip. You don't stop for very long at any location, which means you get to see a lot of the sights in one go. What I really liked was that it was a great way to get a sense of where everything is geographically and to decide what you might want to come back and take a closer look at. I'd definitely recommend the tour if this is your first time in Rome and you want to see as much as possible.
The electric bikes were easy to handle, they made hills a breeze, and they could easily get up to speed in car traffic. I know traffic in Rome has a reputation for being chaotic, but biking downtown felt much safer than back home (Washington DC). You have to pay attention, but the cars are smaller and drivers know they are sharing space with pedestrians and bikes. A lot of the roads downtown are virtually empty of cars and biking down the Via dei Fori Imperiali sure beats trudging along in the heat.

We had a wonderful tour of Rome by night, with Duarte as our guide. Our two kids were able to ride their own bikes after they demonstrated their ability. We covered an incredible amount of territory, and Duarte got us around safely, which was very important because there was a lot of traffic! He is very knowledgeable, and we loved hearing his personal take on the history of the various sights we saw. Dinner was a very nice meat and cheese plate, with lots of wine. We were together with a lovely couple from Belgium (who spoke English), so there were 6 guests in our group, and we all had a great time. It was the highlight of our visit to Rome!

I can't believe how many sites we saw in one evening! And the vantage points for the view and pictures were cherry picked by a local and were beautiful. The bikes were very nice, and they do have both helmets and saddle bags available if you ask. The food was very good, and I wouldn't call it a wine tasting because it was just a red or white but it was very good. Our favorite tour of the trip!

Incredible! This is a must-do activity! We cancelled our other days in Rome due to the extreme heat wave and were trying to find an experience that would allow our family to see some highlights of Rome before we flew home.
This was so much fun, it was cooler at night, not as crowded, and the monuments were illuminated by the colors of the setting sun or by lights. Duarte was our tour guide. He was exceptionally kind, funny, kept us safe and together winding through the streets of Rome. He knew so much about the history of each sculpture, building, and area, and even held the attention of our kids. We had a wonderful evening, definitely go for it—and ask for Duarte! You won’t regret it!

The stop for wine and food , perfect timing ( we ate a big lunch ) so it was more than enough food for us and delicious.

This tour was amazing! My absolute favorite thing we did during our 12 days in Italy. We only had 2 days in Rome and this tour made it possible to see all of the main sights in just a couple hours. Our whole group enjoyed the tour even with a little rain. They provide rain jackets and even rain pants to help you stay dry. Rome at night was absolutely gorgeous and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. The bikes were easy to use and very little effort needed to pedal. The wine and charcuterie boards were very tasty! I would highly recommend this tour to all visiting Rome.

Definitely recommend! The ebikes made it easy. Our guide Duarte was great. We covered a lot of ground, wound through great small back streets, saw tremendous views from high points and saw loads by night! Great experience I'd do again and highly recommend. We were all 18 and above. Great family experience.

We really enjoyed this bike tour but it really isn’t a food tour in any way. We had some cheese and meats with one glass of wine and then spent three hours on the bikes visiting all the major tourist destinations. It was a great evening but it’s all about the bikes and sites and not the food.

Great introduction to Rome on our first night and by far the prettiest way to see all the historic buildings illuminated. Interesting history from our archaeology guide. Tasty food and wine timed perfectly. Powerful eBikes and careful guidance eg walking using pedestrian crossings over an occasional busy junction. Mostly quiet back streets passing inviting bars and restaurants. Do need decent bike riding skills and confidence but nothing technical or scary. All good fun!

My husband and I had an incredible time on this E-Bike tour. We amazingly cruised on side streets to all the main Rome attractions with another fun family. Our guide Elias was super knowledgeable and engaging. At our food stop we sampled on abundant charcuterie boards and drank local wines. We highly recommend this tour company!

Loved this trip. I have been to Rome before but this trip was great. My leader, Sara, was amazing. Lots of interesting background on historical sites. Well worth the money! Food and wine was the best!!

We went on a tour during our team week in Rome. At first our teammates were hesitant and weren't sure how they'll manage a)cycling b)getting through it alive in the busy streets of Rome. But the tour guides were fantastic, really cared about our safety and we made it back home whole. The stops with talks about the city history were also really interesting and fun. Bikes have electric engines so you do not have to worry about the elevation of the terrain at all. And the streets of Rome at night are just magical, so is cycling through them at 20km per hour!
10/10 would recommend!

I had wondered how good this would be and it ended up being one of the best things we did during our stay. It was great fun getting around on the bikes and felt we saw so much. Lots of time spent on quiet roads, so little traffic to worry about. Our guide was great and had so much information. If anything, other tours have earpieces and radio communication to help when guide talks and this might have helped to ensure we heard everything the guide said. The restaurant was a highlight with both the food and wine fanatstic (we forgot to make a note of the wine to try and find since). But so glad that I booked this and have already given the details to friends who are going to Rome.

We booked this one last minute after another tour got canceled. So happy that we found it, it was our favorite tour of our week in Italy. Elias was a great guide, he was engaging and clearly enjoys his job. The bikes were great and easy to ride. The wine/food stop was very enjoyable, the portions were generous. Our group of 7 adults and 5 teens all agreed this was the highlight of our visit to Rome in August. It was perfect after the heat of the day for exploring and we loved the break from walking. Gorgeous sunset from the beautiful hilltop. The lights of Rome at night were spectacular and made everything seem even more wondrous than during the day. Elias was a wonderful guide. He was ready for anything - it didn't matter that it rained a little, he had raincoats for us, if there was traffic, he found a safe way to manage it... he found a way to make everything great. Oh and the Salumeria was wonderful too - lots of food, wine, fun and laughter! Note that we are all comfortable with cycling and found the transition to e-bikes fun and easy.

The two guides were so informative and protective of our group. A great way to see the major sites of Rome, if you are just staying one night or if you are staying longer it will give you insight what to visit in detail the following days. I will return when I visit Rome again.

Great tour, good bikes (we had one mechanical issue in our group of 11 and it was quickly resolved) and all the sites you’d want to see. The tour was longer than advertised, which would have been helpful to know if with a group that got tired later in the evening.
Good tour guide, evening hours allowed us to enjoy the sites in cooler temps and many of the historical attractions are well lite at night.

The whole thing was a blast from start to finish! It was an amazing way to see Rome, especially the sunset and the way that things are lit up at night. We did it on the first night we were there and it wasn’t until a couple of days later that we realized how much ground we had covered on the tour. The price is great for the quality and experience. My only suggestion would be to tell people that they won’t be eating until quite late (after 9) so they can eat a little something before coming. Other than that — I wouldn’t change a thing! My kids (18 and 16) absolutely loved it too.
