I booked a private tour with him for my wife and I. He was very accommodating and helpful in creating a tour for us which allowed maximum exposure to the history while minimizing steps as much as possible.
We are very grateful for his knowledge and concern for our needs.
However, I had not expected to have to pay a further €125 to get into the castle! I suspect it says it somewhere in the small print but I bought a private tour including the castle so assumed that was included.
All in all, a good tour but very expensive.
Hello Mandy, I am glad that you enjoy the tour with Aude, she is a lovely person indeed. I agree with you about the entrance fees to the castle, it is expensive. The price have doubled in two years and I can only deplore it. By the ways it's not in small print it's a normal line that says Not Included (I wish it could be in bold but seller's program doesn't allowed it.) ... Unfortunetly we can't include the entrance fees it in the sells on the website because they charge the entrance fees per personne when we charge the tour service but at least you had the discount for the official guide applied to the entrance fees.
