private visit at Boizel
The tour was comprehensive without repeating the basics about making champagne. There was time for individual questions and no rush. Unfortunately the tour was not available in German and we had to translate during the tour for one guest. At the beginning it seemed as if the tour guide was not so enthusiastic but she was more talkative later. I myself purchased a bottle of Tresor of the year 1996 despite not being given that much information about it. Overall Boizel was definitely worth visiting.

Wonderful Crowd Free Champagne. House Experience In The Heart of Champagne
We elected to register for the personal Tresor tour and were not disappointed.
Our guide Margaret took the time to speak passionately about both the Champagne Region and especially how Boizel works, operates and produces their champagne style.
As a personal tour you can move at your own pace, and have the opportunity to ask many questions, and see parts of the cellars etc that a large group would not normally access.
We scheduled our tour after first visiting the Museum Champagne in the late morning and the doing the tour in the afternoon. In this order the Boizel tour really helped to consolidate the knowledge from the Museum.
And, the tasting of Boizel were superb!!
