A memorable and delicious croissant-making experience
Our croissant-making class at the French Baking Academy was truly one of the highlights of our trip. We took the class as a family of eight, and Gaetane was absolutely wonderful. She made the experience fun, engaging, and approachable for all ages and skill levels.
Not only was the class hands-on and well paced, but we also learned so much about the craft, technique, and patience that go into making a proper croissant. It gave all of us a completely new appreciation for the process and for every croissant we eat going forward.
The atmosphere was welcoming, the instruction was excellent, and it was a memorable experience we’ll be talking about for a long time. Highly recommend for families, groups, or anyone who wants a deeper appreciation for French baking.
